Protocols, procedures and preventive measures for Covid-19
Due to the rapid spread of the Covid-19 virus, Aldea San Lam has implemented a strong prevention and action protocol. Our responsibility to our guests and employees is to take action and follow health recommendations rigorously. Below you will find an update of what Aldea San Lam is doing to ensure maximum flexibility for your bookings and to be able to enjoy your holiday with peace of mind.
- Controls are carried out and there is a disinfection station at tel access to the village. Hand disinfection is required at the entrance and the use of masks is mandatory for both clients and staff in all common areas.
- Daily cleaning and disinfection is carried out in all common areas of the village with virucidal products and several times per shift the contact areas are disinfected such as door knobs, taps, handrails, button boxes, etc.
- A greater control of disinfectants in swimming pools is carried out.
- A protocol and control over the cleaning and disinfection of the rooms has been established.
- Protocols for control and disinfection have been established in all areas and processes in the village, with further improvements being made as they become known from the Ministry of Health.
